Proverbs 1:32-33
[32] For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
[33] But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

The prosperity of fools refers to the careless and complacent way some people live their lives, having a false sense of security, an I-don’t-care attitude and a que-sera-sera-whatever-will-be-will-be lifestyle.

Wise people live intentionally!
They live every day of their lives circumspectly. They understand that the decisions of today will determine the experiences of tomorrow. In fact, for every decision they make, they always ask..will this make tomorrow better or bitter? They delay gratification and they secure their future by their choices.

Please be wise! And fight the spirit of backwardness, stagnation and retrogression that disguises itself as
complacency, carelessness and weakness.

MSG v32 Carelessness kills; complacency is murder.

NLT Don’t be complacent.
For simpletons turn away from me—to death. Fools are destroyed by their own complacency.

Succumb to the wisdom of GOD and let it push you upward, forward and onward. Let it give you a life of safety, comfort and shelter from the fear, worries and struggles of life.

Action- pray and declare verse 33 over your life!

ERV 33 But those who listen to me will live in safety and comfort. They will have nothing to fear.”

TPT But the one who always listens to me will live undisturbed in a heavenly peace. Free from fear, confident and courageous, that one will rest unafraid and sheltered from the storms of life.”
