Day 22
She does her own sewing, and everything she wears is beautiful. (Proverbs 31:22 CEV)

In a world where fashion keeps evolving, dear woman in Christ, choose your style. Choose your outlook and your appearance or else the world will choose for you.

One of the weapons of the enemy in this last days is the propagation of the ideology that GOD does not care about your outlook but is only particular about your heart. The scripture commonly twisted to support this notion is 1 Samuel 16:7, but go and read through the scripture in context, it was talking about judging the fitness of a man for leadership based on his general physical outlook and aura, not the clothes he is putting on.

Woman, without mincing words, GOD wants you to dress honourably, modestly and decently! Your body belongs to Him, you are bought with a price. You are His temple, and His Spirit lives in you. You are to adorn yourself to please GOD and not to conform to the world. Dress for glory and for beauty.

1 Timothy 2:9 EASY
I also want the women to dress themselves properly in a way that is right. They should not bring shame on themselves. What makes a woman beautiful? It is not the special way that she prepares her hair. It is not the gold things or jewels that she wears. It is not her expensive clothes.

This translation clarifies what GOD is setting as a standard for His daughters. ‘Showing some skin’ (the exposure of your private body parts) is not what makes you look beautiful, rather it makes you look repulsive to “decent and honourable” people. It makes the wrong kind of people, with no sense of value and worth attracted to you.

You miscommunicate the treasure that you are to the world when you package yourself contrary to the woman of honour, worth, value and royalty that GOD has designed you to be.

Don’t let the world box you into its mould.

Stand out, uphold righteousness, and represent truth. (Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes.
Romans 12:2 TPT)
