Day 8 Proverbial Exhortations

Proverbs 1:15-16
[15] My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path:
[16] For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood.

My son, do not go along with them, do not set foot on their paths;

My son, don’t follow them. Don’t even take the first step along that path.

One of the safest moves you can make in life is to maintain your lane from the very beginning of your life’s journey. Don’t take even a step on a path that GOD has not set before you, walk your own road.

Be filled with the knowledge of GOD’S will for your own life in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.

Stand perfect and complete in all the will of GOD for you, and don’t be distracted by what other people are doing.

In life, there is no standing in the middle of the road. It’s either you are walking on the path of life on your way to fulfilling your divine destiny in GOD or you are walking on the alternate counterfeit path the enemy charts to cause men to end lesser than GOD has ordained them to be.

You will never arrive at the destination of a journey you never embark upon, neither will you ever progress in a direction you are not headed.

If you don’t set foot on the wrong path of sin, evil, unproductivity, and fruitlessness, you can never arrive small, weak, insignificant and wasted.

So watch your steps, your decisions, your actions, your imaginations, and your associations. Don’t live a reduced life. Rather choose to follow righteousness and true holiness. Choose to follow GOD and walk in step with Him.
