POIMEN 2025 & Pastoral Ministry Course (Module II)
POIMEN is a yearly conference designed for lay ministers, associates, leaders, pastors, and set men of ministries and churches. This year, POIMEN 2025 will run concurrently alongside MODULE 2 of the PASTORAL MINISTRY COURSE.
The Pastoral Ministry Course will run in the Mornings, from 8am, while the Conference will run in the Evenings, from 5:30pm. Both the Pastoral Ministry Course and the Conference will run Physically on the grounds of God’s Heritage Of Faith International Churches Headquarters in Lagos.

Reverend Peter Ayo-Alabi is passionate about discipling people for the work of ministry. His emphasis on training believers is seen by the fruit of men and women that are being brought into active work of ministry both in the local assembly that he oversees and across the globe.
He believes strongly in strengthening the local church for the harvest of souls into God’s kingdom with accompanying signs, wonders and manifestations of the gifts of the Spirit.
He is the pioneer of Heritage of Faith Church with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria where he pastors alongside his wife, Pastor Funlola Alabi.
Apostle Flourish Peters, popularly known as P.Flo, is the Lead Pastor and Apostolic Head of all Love of God in Christ (L.O.G.I.C) Churches, with headquarters in Lekki, Lagos, and branches across various parts of Nigeria and the world. He is also the President of Flourish Peters Ministries.
P.Flo is a force of nature: an erudite teacher, dynamic speaker, spiritual leader, compassionate pastor, counsellor, musician, dependable friend, author, and a true “make-it-happen” man.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology, as well as a Master’s in Theology. His academic background, coupled with exposure to world-class leadership through the various organizations he has served in and partnered with, has shaped him into an exceptional leader.
Pastor Ayo Ajani is the Global Senior Pastor of Petra Christian Centre and founder of TribePetra World Inc. With a ministry spanning over two decades, he has touched millions of lives globally. Born into a Muslim family, Pastor Ayo found his faith early and began ministering at age nine. His divine calling was solidified during his medical studies at the University of Lagos.
Leading Petra Christian Centre, he has expanded its reach to multiple locations in Nigeria, Ghana, and the UK. Known for simplifying complex biblical principles, Pastor Ayo hosts impactful events like the Rain Conference, Kindle, and The Festival Convention. He’s influenced by spiritual leaders such as Bishop David Oyedepo, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, Bro Kenneth Hagin, and Bro Kenneth Copeland amongst several others. He has authored books like “Abba Father” and “It’s Time to Grow Up.”
He also heads Petra Television Network, reaching millions across Africa and Europe. Through Ayo Ajani Ministries International, he nurtures upcoming ministers and leads healing services. He is happily married to Pastor Adeola Ajani, and they have three children.
Apostle Olumuyiwa Areo is the Lead Pastor of Citizens of Light Church. He is an adept teacher of the word of God with contemporary relevance. He’s a man of unique insight, providing verity for a lifestyle of freedom in Christ. He is a creative thinker and a concept developer with an eye for details. An architect by training, he is also a counselor and a guide to many.
He was an Assistant Pastor in Jolly Christian Center and later chosen to be the Associate Pastor of Christ Love Fellowship, Obafemi Awolowo University. He also served as an Associate Pastor at Deep Waters Christian Center, Surulere, Lagos before pioneering Citizens of Light Church Ilorin. He is married to Temitope Areo and together they have three lovely Children.
POIMEN is an annual international pastors’ conference designed to equip lay ministers, associates, leaders, pastors, and set men of ministries and churches for effective ministry.
The name "Poimen" comes from the Greek word meaning “shepherd”, reflecting the heart of the conference, to strengthen those called to shepherd God’s people.
